GRIZZ Protector – Guarantee for a successful installation
1. Warranty Provider
The warranty is granted by smartSPOT Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., located at 04-247 Warsaw, ul. Chełmżyńska 59, Poland. Registered in the company register under number 0000935013, NIP: 9522222709.

2. Scope & Period
a) The warranty is valid for 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
b) Claims are only possible with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
3. What is covered?
a) We will refund you the purchase price if you are not satisfied with the result of the self-installation of our GRIZZ protective films or glasses.
b) Conditions:
- Installation according to instructions
- The film or glass must still be attached at the time of the complaint
4. When is the warranty excluded?
If the product was not installed according to the instructions or was removed prematurely.
5. How to use the warranty
a) Send your request via our contact form or by email to info@grizzprotector.com.
b) Please provide the following:
- Description of the problem
- Photo of the applied film / glass
c) After approval, please send a photo of the finally removed film/glass to info@grizzprotector.com.
6. Processing & Refund
a) Your request will be reviewed within 7 working days.
b) Upon approval, the refund will be made within 7 working days after submission of the proof photo.
7. Legal
a) Polish law applies, taking into account your national consumer protection rights.
b) This warranty does not limit your statutory rights.
