GRIZZ Protector – Guarantee for a successful installation

1. Warranty Provider

The warranty is provided by smartSPOT Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., with its registered office at 04-247 Warsaw, ul. Chełmżyńska 59, Poland. Registered in the register of entrepreneurs under number 0000935013, NIP: 9522222709.

2. Territorial scope and duration of the warranty

a) The warranty is valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland,
b) The warranty period is 14 days and is calculated from the date the order is shipped to the Customer,
c) The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (fiscal receipt or VAT invoice).

3. Subject of the warranty

a) The warranty covers the possibility of obtaining a refund in the event of dissatisfaction with the results of self-installation of GRIZZ brand protective film or tempered glass.
b) The successful installation warranty applies to products dedicated to specific car models and electronic devices.
c) The condition for using the warranty is:
● installation of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
● the installed GRIZZ protective film or tempered glass must remain on the surface. Its prior removal excludes the possibility of processing the claim.

4. Exclusion of liability

The warranty does not cover cases where the product was installed not in accordance with the instructions or was removed from the applied surface before submitting a complaint.
The warranty also does not apply when the Customer has placed an order for the same product more than once.
The warranty does not cover custom-made BodyShield sets.

5. Warranty claim procedure

a) Submit your claim via our contact form or by email to info@grizzprotector.com.
b) The claim must include:
● a detailed description of the problem,
● a photo showing the installed protective film or tempered glass.
c) After receiving confirmation from the Guarantor that the claim has been accepted, the Customer is required to send to info@grizzprotector.com
 photos showing the removed and cut product (protective film or tempered glass) to which the claim relates, as confirmation of permanent removal of the product.

6. Obligations of the Guarantor

a) The Guarantor will review the claim within 7 business days from the date of its receipt,
b) In the event of a positive decision, the Customer will receive a refund within 7 business days from the date of providing a photo showing the cut product to which the claim relates.

7. Final provisions

a) Matters not regulated by these terms shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code,
b) This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the consumer’s rights arising from statutory warranty for defects of the sold goods, as specified in the Civil Code.
