Withdrawal instructions

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The customer bears the cost of returning the order.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (smartSPOT, Radłowska 10, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski, Poland, info@grizzprotector.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods – whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal of this contract to one of our Paxy return addresses:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The customer bears the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
