Refund policy

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Right of withdrawal

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If we find that the goods have been used, the package will be returned to the customer at his expense.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send the product back to us at Olza Logistic C/O Direct Link-smartSPOT, Box 1029, 20226 Malmo, Sweden. In addition, please send us information about your withdrawal from this contract by e-mail. You can use the returns form.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The shipping and postage costs incurred in returning goods to smartSPOT will be paid in full by the consumer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
You will receive a refund within 14 days calculated from the moment the goods will be delivered to us with the return form and the receipt or proof of purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
